During these times, we wanted to share with our community how we're handling our approach to COVID-19.
Firstly, we've increased the health & hygiene practices of our entire supply chain, which includes regular cleaning of all equipment, working with staff to increase hand sanitizer, mask and PPE use, and no contact approach with our shipping and logistics partners.
Our product uses non-woven fabric, which is in high demand for masks and PPE and as such, has seen some delays of up to 15 days in addition to our standard shipping times.
We are also relying on our logistics partners in Asia to help fulfill orders and get them shipped out as fast as possible.
